2022 saw the opening of our $10.5m learning facility with additional works being completed in our early years, creation of a performing arts studio and a dedicated OSHC space to ensure equity for all students.  All learning spaces are equipped with state of the art technology, including audio visual board, Roger soundfield systems, visual light alerts and adjustable lighting and heating/cooling. The Roger soundfield systems are an important feature of our learning spaces that ensure that the teacher's voice is projected equally around the room ensuring that all students receive the same access to auditory instructions regardless of where you sit.  They also provide bluetooth accessibility for students who wear hearing devices and allow the devices to receive direct communication from the microphone the teacher wears around their neck.

Each learning space has been fitted out with ergonomically designed furniture.  There are a range of seating options for students to access during the day.  As well as kidney shaped tables to allow for student conferencing and focus group teaching.

In 2023 the early years learning space, performing arts studio and OSHC spaces were upgraded to offer the same high standard of facilities.  Our Courts area has been resurfaced, with the SRC being included in the consultation and design of the space.

We now boast an impressive front entrance to our school with seating for parents waiting to collect students. We also have a vegetable garden space and fruit trees.  Three inground trampolines provide extra stimulation during playtimes and are a big hit with the students.

We are the only public primary school in the Adelaide Hills area to receive such a significant investment to our infrastructure. Please come along to a school tour (SEE DIARY DATES SECTION) so we can explain how these facilities have made a difference to our learning environment and improved student learning outcomes.
