During Science Week, students visited the Mount Barker library to participate in an educational and engaging show by Animals Anonymous. Emily entertained students with a range of interesting facts, as well as opportunities to get up close with many cute and cuddly critters. Our students were able to pat and hold animals including lizards, snakes, birds and other mammals. Some students and teachers were even brave enough to hold onto a python! Our thanks to Mount Barker library for providing us with such a valuable learning opportunity. Our experiences will now be built on further during our Learning Through Play and classroom activities.
