A number of our students at school have allergies to food items. We encourage students to be responsible to self manage these allergies and discourage food sharing among our students.
Some of our students have an extreme reaction called anaphylaxis. For this reason we ask that parents do not send nuts to school. Although our school is not a 'nut-free' school we do ask that you are considerate to the needs of our school community. Food containing traces of nuts are acceptable.
Should your child require any medical support in relation to food allergies please notify the school office as a matter of urgency.
